In 1961 he began the long journey in space and time the Sports and Cultural Association "The Orminion" Portaria. 

Today  our Association continues its course and presence in the sporting and cultural life of our country. With him still and children of that era, today`s veteran life that stood in each action with the same creatie spark that is not faded in the course of time. 
They see young men and women of the sections to follow their way and feel vindicated for the road opened.
